- Restrictions: You may not misuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the underlying systems, AI models, or infrastructure of Grafix.
3. Intellectual Property
The code, design, and branding of Grafix are exclusively owned by Vajra Technology. However, any data, CSV files, or information you upload remains entirely your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your data.
4. Disclaimer
Grafix is provided "as is" without any warranties. While our Vardaan AI Engine strives to provide highly accurate insights, AI-generated analysis should be treated as suggestions. Always verify critical business data independently.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vajra Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or resulting from any data insights generated by our platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or via email to our waitlist subscribers.
